Start in LocalBanana: choose a gallery example, use its prompt, check the model and references, then generate and inspect your first result.
Welcome to LocalBanana
Use LocalBanana to find an image direction, reuse its prompt, and generate a new image in the same workspace. Start with a concrete goal: a portrait with soft window light, a product on a clean background, or a poster with a specific layout.
A gallery image shows a possible result. Its prompt is a starting point, not a complete recipe or a promise that your next image will match it.
From a Gallery Image to Your Own Result

Choose a useful reference
Browse the gallery and open an image detail. Identify what you want to borrow: subject, composition, lighting, color, or style. Browse the gallery.

Select “Use prompt”
This opens the LocalBanana image composer on the same page. You can edit the supplied prompt before generating.

Check the model and inputs
Review the selected model, aspect ratio, and prompt. If the task depends on a particular person or product, add your own source image and use a model that supports reference images.

Review and generate
Check the current settings, displayed cost, and any account requirements, then generate. Available settings and editing support depend on the selected model.

Compare the result with your goal
Inspect the subject, framing, text, and details that must stay unchanged. Revise one requirement at a time and keep a record of the prompt and settings used.
What “Use prompt” Carries Over
The action supplies the prompt in the current language and, when recognized, the gallery model and aspect ratio. Check the composer instead of assuming every setting matches the example.
The original reference images and all generation parameters are not included. Missing source images or model versions can prevent a close match; even the same visible inputs can produce different results.
To use another tool such as Gemini or AI Studio, copy the prompt as text and set up its model, reference images, and controls separately. Read the prompt reuse checklist.
