Start with the actual source
LocalBanana offers image generation with multiple models and a gallery that includes examples curated from external sources. These are different kinds of content. An image you generate is not the same as an image you discover in the gallery.
Images you generate
Before using an output in advertising, client work, products, or publications, check the applicable terms of the selected model and service provider, your rights to the inputs, and the requirements for your intended use. Terms can differ by model and provider. Purchasing a subscription or GP does not by itself clear third-party rights.
Gallery examples and prompts
A gallery listing is not a blanket commercial-use licence for the image, prompt, reference material, or depicted subject. Follow the original source and author information where available, and obtain any required permission from the relevant rights holder. Attribution alone is not a substitute for permission.
Before you publish
Review inputs and outputs for copyrighted material, trademarks, personal information, and a person’s likeness. Check any consent, disclosure, or platform requirements relevant to your project. Inspect the result for errors and misleading claims; AI generation is not a rights-clearance service.
