A beautifully hand-built pear sculpture made from stacked, laser-cut sheets of pale sage paper, photographed on a warm cream ground. The sheets step outward and inward to create the pear volume; the open side reveals thin terracotta-colored internal layers like a geological cross-section. A tiny real dried pear stem caps the sculpture. One loose curved offcut lies near its base, making the construction legible. Low side light produces fine stratified shadows, crisp fibers and restrained color, contemporary art still life with an elegant asymmetrical crop, no fruit bowl, no writing or numbers.
