Counting Raindrops on an Abacus

Generate exactly one original image, aspect ratio 4:5. A photoreal impossible accounting scene beside a rain-streaked open window. A small dark wooden abacus stands upright in a shallow zinc tray. Falling raindrops intersect its slender horizontal metal rods and become large clear glasslike water beads threaded along them. One adult finger slides the newest bead, which still carries a short liquid tail connected to a falling drop. Most rods remain empty so the transformation reads immediately. Macro side view, storm-gray daylight, one yellow reflected window rectangle, wet wood and precise watery refraction. Avoid numerals, lettering, logos, and watermark. Text-only generation; no reference pixels supplied.
